- What is the minimum shipment?
- 1 ton. We work with wholesale, oversized and heavy cargo up to 100 tons.
- How do I get a quote?

- Do you handle customs clearance in Kyrgyzstan?
- Yes. Customs clearance is part of our door-to-door service.

Customs clearance

- Which documents are needed to import goods from China?
- Usually a contract, invoice, packing list and transport documents; some goods also need certificates. We confirm the list once you describe the cargo.

- Yes, on a Flat Rack. If the cargo exceeds rail clearances, we will offer a lowbed trailer.
- Do you deliver from the station to the warehouse?
- Yes. We cover the last leg with our own trucks and unload at your warehouse.

- What is Ro-Ro?
- A shipping method where machinery or a car drives onto the vessel and travels on deck. No container is needed.

- How do I track cargo if the transport changes?
- With one tracking code on our website for the whole route.
Oversized cargo

- Cargo that does not fit a standard truck or container by size or weight. It needs a special trailer or platform.
- How much does oversized cargo from China cost?
- It depends on dimensions, weight and route. Send us the dimensions and weight and we will quote within 15 minutes.
- Can you move a whole production line?
- Yes. A line usually travels as several pieces, with transport chosen for each. We will draw up a transport plan once we receive the specification.
